East Hampton Town Board Meetings

Work sessions: held the first three Tuesdays of the month in Town Hall at 10 a.m. Town Board members discuss issues and upcoming legislation.

Business Meetings: Held the first and third Thursdays of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall or the Fire Department in Montauk. At these meetings, the Board schedules and holds public hearings on proposed legislation and passes laws and resolutions. There is a public session, usually first or early in the agenda, in which any member of the public may speak on any subject for up to 3 minutes.

Meetings in Town Hall are televised live and may seen live on LTV’s YouTube channel, and also on TV Channel 22. Find information on upcoming meetings on the Town Clerk’s website.

East Hampton Town Trustees Meetings

The East Hampton Board of Trustees meets on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 6:30 p.m. in Town Hall, East Hampton.

Meetings can be viewed on LTV’s YouTube channel or on Channel 22.

East Hampton Planning Board

“The Town Planning Board approves plans for the development of commercial properties, and approves the subdivision of land.”

Meets most Wednesdays at 6:30 pm in Town Hall.

Zoning Board of Appeals

“The purpose of the Town Zoning Board of Appeals is to ensure equitable administration of the Town’s Zoning Code.”

Meets most Tuesdays at 6:30 pm in Town Hall.

Architectural Review Board

“It is important to ensure that commercial building design and, in certain circumstances, residential building design, are harmonious with the Town’s essential character.”

Meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at  6 pm in Town Hall.
